As a subscriber, you get this ongoing course plus The Temple Grounds course, which is where all of the mind-body practices live and also ongoing access to the community where Dr Shojai holds weekly live calls and Q&A.

Each year builds on these learnings and you can cancel anytime if this isn't for you after your first year.

Dr Shojai requires students to be at least three months into this curriculum before being allowed to attend the advanced Taoist inner work workshops and be in year 2 before getting past level 2.

Teacher training is available after year 3 for those interested in continuing this work.
